This isn't a caption, but I looked up Jazzercise and found this video for the "Attitude Lift," which has been cracking up my coworkers and our student workers for the last hour. I just had to chase three people out of my office because they were attitude lifting and knocking over my plants. Thanks a lot, Jazzercise!
